Propose a collaboration

Tell us what you would like to build with PkOUG. We read every proposal.

What happens next

  • You verify your email address, so we know the proposal came from you.
  • The PkOUG team reviews the proposal. We may come back with questions.
  • If we both want to proceed, we agree the collaboration in writing.
  • Only then is a partnership recorded, approved and published.

Submitting this form does not create a partnership and does not oblige PkOUG to anything. Partnership requires written approval.

There is no fee and no package. This form will not ask you to choose a tier, will not send you payment instructions, and will not ask you for payment evidence. If what you want is visibility in return for funding, that is a sponsorship — a different and equally welcome relationship, with its own form.

Who we would be working with

We send a verification link here before the review starts.

The collaboration

A suggestion. The final category is decided during review.

If one already exists. Leave blank if not.

Permissions and acknowledgement

We will email you a verification link, then come back to you after review. No payment is involved at any stage.

How PkOUG works with organisations

  • No guaranteed leads, no guaranteed attendance, and no guaranteed hiring or business outcomes.
  • No access to private member data. Member contact details are never shared.
  • Sponsored content is identified as sponsored wherever it appears.
  • Technical and editorial content remains subject to PkOUG review.
  • Logo use requires written permission, in both directions.
  • Partner status is reviewed periodically, and a partnership that is no longer active is removed from this page.
  • Partnership does not create authority over PkOUG governance, programme or committee decisions.
  • "Official Oracle Partner" or similar wording must not be used on the basis of a PkOUG partnership without documented authorisation from Oracle.
