- Context: product, version, operating system, single instance or RAC, on-premises or OCI. Use the technical context fields.
- What you expected and what actually happened.
- The exact error and the relevant part of the log, in a code block.
- What you already tried and what each attempt changed.
- The smallest example that shows the problem, with sensitive values replaced.
